How Seating Works

E-Tickets For 2010

E-tickets worked very well last year and will again be employed this year. When you buy your tickets online, you will get an email with a unique PIN number and a link to print out your bar-coded ticket(s) to bring to the event. You will present your printed ticket at the gate where it will be quickly scanned giving you instant admission. Each bar-coded ticket will have a unique PIN number assigned to it allowing only one admission per ticket. It will be your responsibility to print out your ticket and bring it with you the day of the event.

An Early Table Claiming Period will be open for all levels from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm only on Saturday, July 3rd for those who wish to claim their table before they arrive for the event on the 4th. Otherwise tables will be claimed from those not chosen upon arrival at the event.

Corporate and Platinum Business Table  w/ Umbrella Sponsors

Corporate and Platinum Business Tables will be located on the grass portions of the lagoon.

Corporate and Platinum Business Tables will have an umbrella with blue table coverings and corresponding blue wristbands for each child or adult in the party. The wristband, along with a hand stamp, will enable coming and going from the lagoon.

Platinum Table Sponsors will have 2 VIP Reserved Parking spaces in the Redondo Beach Marina parking lot in which Ruby’s Diner is located.

Two of your e tickets have been designated as PARKING TICKETS as well as admission tickets. Only those two e tickets will gain access to the parking and only once. An attendant will cross off your PIN number on our roster upon your arrival at the parking location and return your ticket to you for entry into the lagoon.

Please plan on staying in the lagoon for at least 30 to 45 minutes after the fireworks show to avoid the congestion of all the others leaving.

Gold Family Table w/ Umbrella Sponsors

Gold Family Tables will be located on the grass portions and sand portions of the lagoon.

Gold Family Tables will have an umbrella with red table coverings, and corresponding red wristbands for each child or adult in the party. The wristband, along with a hand stamp, will enable coming and going from the lagoon.

Gold Family Table Sponsors will have 2 Reserved Parking spaces in the City Hall/Library parking lot, please enter from Diamond. The lot will open at 1:00 on the 4th.

Silver Family Table Sponsors

Silver Family Tables will be located on the grass portions and sand portions of the lagoon.

Silver Family Tables will have green table coverings, and corresponding green wristbands for each child or adult in the party. The wristband, along with a hand stamp, will enable coming and going from the lagoon.

Silver Family Table Sponsors will have 1 parking space in the City Hall/Library parking lot, please enter from Diamond. The lot will open at 1:00 on the 4th.

Community Open Seating Table w/ Umbrella Sponsors

Community Open Seating Tables will be located possibly on the grass portions and certainly on the sand portions of the lagoon.

Community Open Seating Tables will have an umbrella with white table coverings and corresponding white wristbands for each child or adult in the party. The wristband, along with a hand stamp, will enable coming and going from the lagoon.

The Community Open Table Seating 4 Pak includes 1 Reserved Parking space in the City Hall/Library lot. Please enter from Diamond. The lot will open at 1:00 on the 4th.

Please plan on staying in the lagoon for at least 30 to 45 minutes after the fireworks show to avoid the congestion of all the others leaving.

Individual Community Table Seating DOES NOT include any parking.

Seats on the Sand Sponsors

The Celebration Seats on the Sand package includes 2 parking spaces in the City Hall/Library lot. Please enter from Diamond. The lot will open at 1:00 on the 4th.

The Firecracker Seats on the Sand package includes 1 parking spaces in the City Hall/Library lot. Please enter from Diamond. The lot will open at 1:00 on the 4th.

Individual Seats on the Sand do not include parking.

Once you present your e ticket, you hand will be stamped to allow you to come and go from the lagoon. Please be sure to have your hand stamped again upon leaving should swimming erase the stamp.

You will then choose your Seat on the Sand from open space on the sand not occupied by other sponsors, facilities, and tables or otherwise left open to provide circulation. We expect everyone to respect each others space once occupied, as was the case last year.

Public safety codes call for @7 square feet per person in this type setting. So, for example, a family of five would be expected to utilize about 30 to 35 square feet of space on the sand. For the good of the all, we expect and appreciate everyone’s cooperation with this guideline. Everyone in the lagoon will have terrific viewing of the main event, the fireworks so ENJOY.

Blankets, towels, beach and lawn chairs are welcome. No food and beverage from outside the lagoon are allowed as proceeds from these sales help pay for the fireworks. Small tents or canopies on the sand to create shade are allowed so long as they do not obscure the view of others or exceed space limitations.

Unruly, disruptive, unsafe behavior, child or adult, will not be tolerated.
